Behavioral Analytic Services are ABA services that shall be provided by an individual who is licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have a certification as a BCBA or other graduate level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.

BA services will include:

1. Clinical direction of services to a child, youth, or young adult.

2. Development and revision of the ITP.

3. Oversight of the implementation of the ITP. 

4. Consultation with a child’s, youths, or young adult’s treatment team regarding the ITP.

5. Behavior Analytic services including functional analysis.

6. Complete Assessment initially and every 12 months as required.

7. Crisis Intervention when necessary.
